Photo Quality Printing with a Glossy Finish, UV Coated onto a non-absorbent coaster material

UV-coated non-absorbent surface is water resistant to last longer and is water-resistant to spills

4CP Matte (Econo):

Photo quality printing printed directly onto absorbent material

Available in 40pt and 60pt

Production time: 3-4 weeks after artwork approval

Screenprinted:

Printed directly onto an absorbent coaster material

Low quantity alternative for simple spot color jobs

Standard colours for screenprinting:

The appearance of these colors on screen is not exact to the actual ink color.
Pantone matching is available, extra charges apply.

Artwork/graphics guidelines:

• Vector graphic formats - .ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf
• If not vector format, image must be at 300dpi resolution
• Exact colour matching is not available with 4CP products. Pantone colours will be converted to CMYK.
• For Rich Black areas, please use CMYK values of 40% Cyan, 40% Magenta, 30% Yellow, 100% Black
• For thin black lines and smaller black text, please use CMYK values of 0% Cyan, 0% Magenta, 0% Yellow, 100% Black
• Sans-serif fonts are preferred for screenprinting
• Screen printed colours must be specified as either one of our stock inks, or a PMS match.
• 1/4" margin required from edge of dieline and/or hole punch
• Minimum text size of 8pt required for legibility
• All text must be converted to outlines/curves/paths
